Indonesian police have fatally shot two suspected terrorists and arrested two others during a raid on the main island of Java. National police spokesman Maj. Gen. Ronny Frengky Sompie says the four were ambushed Monday while waiting for a bus in the town of Tulungagung in East Java province. Sompie says they were wanted for their alleged involvement in terrorism activities in Java, the Central Sulawesi district of Poso, as well as Bali and north Sumatra. He says suspects killed were shot because they resisted arrest and fired at police. He says a revolver and a bag containing a bomb were confiscated, according to a report of the Associated Press.
