The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud approved to have Mariam Ahmed Braouh, an Iranian girl diagnosed with bowel cancer, treated in King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also issued directives to facilitate entry procedures for the girl and her parents to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to have her treated at the expense of the State. The King's directives emanated from the humanitarian role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the care given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Muslims throughout the world.
