Saudi Development Fund provides SR 4111 million to finance 24 developmental projects in 2012 AD

Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf said that the Saudi Development Fund has continued its efforts and contributions to the development during the past year 2012 and provided funding for 24 development projects and programs with a total value exceeding SR 4111 million, raising the total number of development projects and programs to which the fund contributed since the start of its activities until the end of last year to 518 development projects and programs worth a total of almost SR 40,000 million .
The figures were included in a preface by the minister to the annual report of the Saudi Development Fund 2012.
The Saudi Press Agency received a copy of the report which included details of the fund's contributions to the financing of development projects and programs in developing countries and support for the Kingdom's national non-oil exports.
