The Roundtable Meeting between Riyadh-based King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (CACARE) and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Energy of the Republic of Korea concluded in Seoul yesterday. Dr. Hashem bin Abdullah Yamani, President of CACARE, led the Saudi delegation to the meeting which dealt with ways of implementing the cooperation program between the two countries in the field of peaceful usage of nuclear energy as per the agreement reached between Riyadh and Seoul. In remarks following the meeting, Yamani said Saudi Arabia and Korea are seeking to advance from the phase of nuclear agreement to the phase of actual partnership upon joint transparency and understanding.
