Saudi Majlis Al-Shura Delegation Meets South Korean Parliamentary Official

The Secretary General of Majlis Al-Shura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Amr, currently on a visit to South Korea, met here yesterday with the Secretary General of National Assembly of the Republic of South Korea, Jung Jin Suk.
During the meeting, Dr. Al Amr announced that Majlis Al-Shura has formed Parliamentary Friendship Committee with South Korea to strengthen parliamentary relations between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to South Korea Ahmed Bin Yunus Al-Barrak.
For his part, the Secretary General of the National Assembly expressed his country's appreciation of Saudi Arabia for its support for the nomination of South Korea, as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for the years 2013/2014.
