A boat believed to be smuggling Myanmar nationals to southern Thailand capsized, drowning 12, police said Monday. "We have found 12 bodies, six women and six men," Marine Police Lieutenant-Colonel Nirat Chuauythit said from Ranong province, 460 kilometres south-west of Bangkok. It capsized in high waves late Friday while passing Koh Chang Island, off Ranong. Marine police saved 26 of the passengers and the captain of the boat, according to a report of DPA.
