Saudi newspapers' editorials for today highlighted a number of current issues. Al-Madinah, Al-Bilad, Al-Sharq and Okaz newspapers highlighted the importance of the two-day visit of Crown Prince Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to Turkey, starting later today, where he will hold talks with Turkish President Abdullah Gul on a wide-range of bilateral and regional issues. The Crown Prince will also discuss with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a number of issues of mutual interest. Al-Riyadh newspaper commented on the bloody events taking place in Iraq, saying that the current situation there, is close to the case of Syria. Al-Watan newspaper wrote on strengthening the capacity of the Egyptian military in the Sinai to deal with the crisis of the abduction of 7 soldiers. Finally, Al-Yaum newspaper commented on the attacks on the Syrian city of Al-Qusair by the Lebanese Hezbollah militia.
