Saudi ambassador to Sudan decorates Saudi military high-ranking officer with his new title

Saudi ambassador to Sudan Faisal bin Hamid Mualla today decorated Brigadier Abdulrahman Nawar Al-Thubaiti, who is currently on a military scholarship to the General Staff College in Sudan, with his new title as Brigadier.
During the function, the ambassador wished the senior military official every success.
