Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, who is also Chairman of Riyadh's Civil Defense Committee, chaired here today an emergency meeting of the committee in presence of Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Vice Governor of Riyadh Region. During the meeting, they reviewed efforts of the committee in the works of rescue, evacuation, relief, and inventory of all losses due to the wave of rain and floods which hit the region recently. For his part, Prince Khalid expressed condolences to the victims' families, urging all citizens and residents to commit to civil defense's instructions as much as possible.
