The Serbian parliament on Friday endorsed with an overwhelming majority an EU-brokered agreement to normalize relations with Kosovo. All major political parties backed the deal and the vote went 174 for and 23 against. The Serbian assembly has 250 seats. According to dpa, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic told legislators that the agreement was "to be or not to be, not only for (Serbs in) north Kosovo, but also for Serbia."
