Indian Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid said Thursday that he would visit China on May 9 amid rising tension over a disputed border. According to dpa, Khurshid's planned visit comes against the backdrop of India's complaint to China that the latter's troops had intruded into Indian territory in the Ladakh region of its northern state of Jammu and Kashmir. China has denied the allegation, saying the country's troops have never violated the Line of Actual Control as the de facto border between the countries is known.
