Nine people are dead and two more missing following a landslide Tuesday in southwest China, UPI quoted government officials as saying. A road crew in Guizhou province was working on a road buried under a previous landslide when an estimated 10,000 cubic meters of falling rock buried the workers at 10:42 p.m., the state-run Xinhua news agency said. Rescue efforts to locate the two missing workers are under way. Two other workers were also injured.
