Magnitude 5.5 Earthquake Shakes Honduras

An earthquake shook the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa Wednesday, but there were no initial reports of damage.
According to the U.S. Geological survey, the 5.5 magnitude quake struck 160 kilometers north of Tegucigalpa, 7 kilometers from the town of San Juan Pueblo.
A spokesman for emergency services in Honduras said there were no immediate reports of damage.
