Presided over by its Speaker Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, Majlis Al-Shura held here today its 14th ordinary session. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Fahad bin Mu'tad Al-Hamad, Assistant Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura, said that the council discussed a number of issues on its agenda. Majlis Al-Shura agreed that the Communication and Information Technology Commission is to allow communication companies to provide free services for receiving calls during international roaming and to enact security and technological regulations in order to use this service well. The council also agreed that the Human Resources Development Fund is to develop mechanisms of the national programme "Hafiz" to achieve that the beneficiary is to join work before the end of allowance.
