It called for activating legislation that guarantee the rights of women in the Arab society. The declaration, then, expressed the Arab leaders thanks to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani for his wisdom in running the works of the 24th Arab summit in Doha and for his vision and efforts in the development of the Arab world.
