Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Tourism and Antiquities Commission disclosed today that his organization is anticipating new directives to be issued by the government soon to further boost tourism in the Kingdom. In a press conference at the headquarters of his department in Riyadh, the head of tourism modern drive in the Kingdom said, while highlighting the sixth Saudi forum for travel and touristy investment 2013 to be held by the commission from 19 - 23 this lunar month of Jumada Awal under the patronage of Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, that a package of decisions are expected to be issued by the government to boost one of the national economy's most important resources aiming at focusing on domestic tourists and developing touristy sector in a way that suits the increasing demand by citizens. He explained that the new measures will upgrade the basic investments in the touristy sector and promote the services and infrastructure of the whole touristy system.
