Terrorism in New York, estblished at the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, lauding opening of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue in Vienna as a step to promote human values, achieve international peace and security and lay down a global mechanism for spreading lasting peace and social cohesion. The Council also welcomed the invitation of the Republic of Iraq to hold a special conference on terrorism and ways to combat the phenomenon in Arab countries, urging fellow states and specialized research centers of violence and terrorism issues to participate effectively in this conference. The Council agreed to establish an Arab award for after late Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, who sacrificed his life for the cohesion of Arab security. In recognition of constructive support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Arab joint security action, the Arab Interior Ministers unanimously agreed to name Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz as Honorary President of the Council. --More 20:35 LOCAL TIME 17:35 GMT تغريد
