MoU Co-Signed between Saudi, Togolese Govts, to Build Hajj House Project, in Togo

A memorandum of understanding has been co-signed by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Togo to complete building of Hajj House project in Lome.
Saudi Ambassador to Ghana, who is also the non-resident ambassador to Togo, Hisham bin Mishaal Al-Suwailim signed on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom, while the Chief of Staff of the Togolese Army, signed on behalf of his government.
