Interior Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Mansour Al-Turki said that the committee formed, upon order of Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, of security sectors commanders to discuss the current situation at the southern borders to end infiltration, and submit reports on the developments in these areas to him, has begun its work in Asir region today. He also said that the committee met with Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir region. During the meeting, the security situation in the region in general and the existing security measures were discussed. Commanders of security sectors briefed Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz on their points of view and recommendations to promote security procedures to their higher levels. --More
