Hijjah 05, 1431 / Nov. 11, 2010, SPA -- Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud inspected yesterday evening the new Masha'er Train in Makkah. After his arrival at the train station, Prince Naif listened to an explanation about the project of train by Prince Khalid Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah Province and Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee, Prince Dr. Mansour bin Meteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipalities and Rural Affairs, and Dr. Hussein Zainal Abidin, Undersecretary of Municipalities and Rural Affairs. Prince Naif boarded a coach of the new Masha'er train and was briefed on the latest preparations for operating the train in this Hajj season. In a statement to Saudi Television, Prince Naif said he hopes the train will help in transporting Pilgrims easily and comfortably. In addition, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of the Interior inspected the bridge of Jamarat and was reassured about the progress of the project. During the inspection tour, Prince Naif was accompanied by Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief of General Intelligence, Prince Dr. Khalid bin Faisal bin Turki Al Saud, Undersecretary of the National Guard for the Western Sector, Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister for Security Affairs, Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah Province, Prince Nawaf bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and a number of ministers and security officers. In a statement, Prince Dr. Mansour bin Meteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipalities and Rural Affairs said "Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz AL Saud is our leader in these projects and every citizen is a servant of the Two Holy Mosques which is a source of pride for all."
