Sharq newspaper commented on Syrian opposition leader Ahmed Maaz Khatib's invitation to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad for a political dialogue. It said that Khatib's future is at stake as he may enter the hearts of the Syrians if he contributed to stoppage of bloodshed (in Syria) or lose if he granted the regime a lifeline to continue and prolong the sufferings. Finally, Al-Riyadh newspaper criticized Iran's policy towards the Arab region explaining Iran's wrong policies in the region. The newspaper highlighted American reports saying that Iran will face this year a popular uprising that will topple the state, the revolution and all their remnants.
