Watan newspaper commented on remarks by Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem yesterday on Syrian television inviting armed youths for dialogue. The newspaper said that Muallem's statement means acknowledging the existence of a revolution. It added that acknowledging the existence of a revolution is contrary to what the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad said in his recent speech. The newspaper mentioned other pitfalls by Muallem in his television remarks and said that they transpire that the regime is in confusion and insists on thinking outside the reality, which confirms that the real solution begins when the regime returns to reality and Russia stops protecting it.
