Saudi newspapers' editorials for today highlighted a number of current issues. Al-Yaum newspaper said that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz was keen yesterday to direct Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdul-Aziz and Prince Faisal bin Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz after they took oath of of office before him, to care for citizens, be sincere to work and spread justice and right. The newspaper said that this guidance stems from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' reformist message of achieving rights and justice to accomplish good governance in the management of the country and the needs of citizens. On another matter, Al-Madinah newspaper said that it is not strange that the Kingdom's candidate for the position of the General Secretary of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad Madani has no competitor. The newspaper added that this in itself reflects the great appreciation of the Kingdom and its leading role, especially at the level of its brothers in the Islamic world. --More
