Palestinian President Meets with UN Secretary General

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met here today with United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, on the sidelines of the 20th African Union Summit hosted by the Ethiopian Capital, Addis Ababa.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments of the Palestinian cause.
President Abbas briefed Ki-moon on the Israeli assaults on the Palestinian people and its insistence on continuing settlement activities, despite the international condemnation and protest.
