The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has expressed his deep regret for a number of deaths in confrontation between the military forces and unarmed demonstrators in the city of Fallujah, Iraq on Friday. He reiterated in a statement issued today his call to deal positively with the demands of Iraqi demonstrators to preserve social peace, security and stability in Iraq.
