At least four people died Friday in the sinking of a South Korean fishing boat in the East China Sea, dpa quoted a news report as saying. Four fishermen were missing after a fire broke out for unknown reasons on the boat and it sank 535 kilometres south of Jeju Island, the Yonhap News Agency reported, citing the coast guard. One of the crew members, a Chinese national, was rescued, it said. Seven South Koreans and two Chinese had been on board.
