Royal Order Appoints Prince Saud bin Naif, Governor of Eastern Region

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued today the following royal order:
First: Relieving Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Eastern Region, of his post upon his request.
Second: Relieving Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief of the Court of the Crown Prince and his Special Adviser, of his post and appointing him as Governor of the Eastern Region at a rank of minister.
