The Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf expressed his heartfelt wishes for the success of the Arab economic and social development summit which will be held in Riyadh. In a press statement after the launch of the Arab private sector forum earlier today here, he said that there's agenda on the table of the summit includes an investment agreement among the Arab countries which was amended to give greater incentive and remove some of the barriers to the old agreement to achieve largest investment in Arab world. The Minister expressed hope that the agenda receives approval and the blessing of the Arab leaders. Dr. Al-Assaf also said that the fund to support small enterprises which was approved in Kuwait has begun its activities, pointing out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are the largest two contributors to the fund and each contributed $ 500 million, along with contributions from other Arab countries, stressing the fund started giving loans to all Arab countries, which have small enterprises-related projects.
