Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, President of the Human Rights Commission (HRC), received here today Dutch ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Lawrence Wisthov. During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries in addition to ways of enhancing cooperation in field of human rights. For his part, Dr. Al-Aiban highlighted the progress in the field of human rights in the Kingdom as well as the support provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He stressed that the Islamic Sharia (law) maintained all rights for all people living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, lauding the efforts exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the government for safety and welfare of the Saudi people. The Dutch ambassador hailed the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his role at regional and international arenas.
