Shiekh accompanying delegation held a meeting with the Saudi Bangladeshi Friendship Group in the parliament of Bangladesh. The meeting dealt with the importance of activating the role of the two friendship groups in the two chambers and enhancing ties among the memebrs of the two parliaments through exchange of mutual visits. Later, Dr. Al-Al-Shiekh attended a dinner party held in his and the accompanying delegation's honor by the Saudi ambassador to Dakka Dr. Abdullah Al-Baseeri. The Bangladeshi parliament speaker, a number of government officials and Arab ambassadors accredited to Bangladesh also attended the event.
