Ten Firms Transformed Into Closed Joint Stock Companies

The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr.Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved the transformation of 10 companies into closed joint stock companies with total capitals amounting to SR 55.2 million during the past four months.
The approval of transforming companies comes within the framework of the State's policy aimed to boost economic activities in various sectors and to enhance the competitiveness of the national economy.
