The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud ordered to allocate $1 million as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's contribution to completing the new building of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) in Tunis. This was announced by Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti, Deputy Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who led his country's delegation to ALECSO General Conference opened here earlier today under the patronage of the Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki. In a speech in the opening ceremony of ALECSO General Conference, Dr. Al-Sabti said that this support reflects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's keenness on the important role played by ALECSO in the areas of education, culture and science in the Arab world.
