Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen has thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his kind direction to give amnesty to public right prisoners, and the release of proven insolvent prisoners who are unable to repay their debts. The minister made the remarks in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency.
