The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi has congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince on the King's recovery, good health and discharge from King Abdulaziz Medical City of the National Guard. He said that during the King's era, social welfare and economic prosperity have prevailed, and State's sectors have flourished, including the oil sector and mineral resources, adding that thanks to the King's continuing directives to him, the Kingdom has maintained its distinguished oil position as the largest oil exporter in the world, the largest state possessing surplus producing capacity in the world, as well as increase of oil reserves, and hike in the Kingdom's production of natural gas. He explained that during the King's era, mega-projects have been established, and most recently the establishment of two industrialized cities, namely Ras Al-Khair City for Mining Industries on the Arabian Gulf, and King Abdullah Project for the Development of Northern Wa'ad (Promise) City for Mining Industries, in the Northern Border region.
