On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Governor of Makkah Region, opened here today 11st session of the Islamic Fiqh Academy at the headquarters of the Muslim World League (MWL) in Makkah in presence of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, President of Senior Ulema Commission and General Presidency for Religious Research and Fatwa, and who is also supreme head of the MWL council. At the outset of the speech ceremony, verses from the Holy Quran were recited. On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Governor of Makkah Region, delivered the King's speech. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques welcomed the participants in this meeting, wishing them all success.
