King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, said here Wednesday night that the training of Muftis and scholars was very essential as fatwas had their own requirements. Addressing the participants of the International Conference on Fatwa and its Rules, the Monarch urged the media not to publish fatwas from people who are not known to be Islamic scholars. He underscored the role of scholars in educating the people and fighting the deviating thought. The conference, which concluded in Makkah Tuesday evening, was organized by the Islamic Jurisprudence Complex of the Muslim World League (MWL) under the patronage of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. A number of prominent Ulema from all over the world discussed for over five days major areas for fatwas. Muslim World League (MWL) Secretary General Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki said participants at the conference focused in their research how fatwa should follow the moderate path and avoid provocation, conflicts, discord, and views which may negatively affect some Muslim youths. The audience was attended by Grand Mufti and head of the MWL founding council Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Aal Al
