Prince Fahd bin Abdullah bin Mohammed, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), will patronize on next Saturday activities of 5th Air Services Negotiation Conference (ICAN 2012) which is organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in collaboration with the GACA. The conference will provide States with a central meeting place to conduct multiple bilateral air services negotiations or consultations and will offer participants with excellent networking opportunities as well as a forum to exchange experiences and discuss topical issues. More 75 countries will participate in the conference and the number of participants reached about 700 representing ministries of transport and heads of civil aviation authorities in the world. International experts of the EU Commission, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Arab Union for Air Transport in addition to the President of the International Organization (ICAO) will participate in ICAN 2012. The conference will discuss issues pertaining to international air transportation policy.
