Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah region, patronized here yesterday evening at the headquarters of Madinah-based Islamic University the opening ceremony of a symposium entitled "Moderation, Divine Approach and Humane Demand''. Addressing the symposium, the University's Rector Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Oqla said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been established on the principle of moderation as an approach and daily-life practices since its foundation by the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman (May Allah bestow mercy upon his soul) until the current era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The ceremony was attended by Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh; Advisor at the Royal Court Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid; Vice President of the Affairs of the Prophet's Holy Mosque Sheikh Abdulaziz al-Faleh; a number of scholars, sheikhs and senior officials.
