Saudi Hawk Aircraft Falls in Tabuk: Official Source

An official source at the Ministry of Defense said that while a Hawk aircraft of Royal Saudi Air Forces on a routine training mission of the Saudi Hawks Team at King Faisal Air Base in the Northern West Region (Tabuk), it suffered an accident when approaching the runway due to a technical glitch led to its downfall.
The source added that the pilot was able to use parachute and survived. He was taken to the hospital.
The official source indicated that the competent authorities have formed a technical team to investigate the reasons of the accident.
