At least 32 people died and many others were injured when a cargo plane crashed in bad weather near the capital of the Republic of Congo, local media reported Saturday. According to dpa, the Congolese Red Cross said it found 32 bodies and at least 14 people were injured. Earlier reports had said at least 20 people died - including all crew and passengers and many residents - when the plane was trying to land late Friday in stormy weather in Brazzaville. The Russian-made plane skidded off the runway and smashed into houses before crashing into a ravine and bursting into flames.
