The winners of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award were announced in a press conference here today.
The Award's Board of Trustees chose the Secretary General of the Arab Olympic Committees Othman Al-Saad as Arab Sports Personality of the Year; and the President of the International Olympic Committee Jacques Rogge as international sports personality.
