Hollande Meets New Syrian Opposition Leader

French President Francois Hollande on Saturday became the first head of state to meet the leader of the newly formed Syrian opposition alliance.
According to dpa, Hollande's talks with Ahmed Moaz Al-Khatib focused on protecting "liberated zones" and delivering humanitarian aid to refugees, the Elysee Palace said.
