AlHijjah 27, 1433, Nov 12, 2012, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet's Session at Al-Yamamah palace in Riyadh today. At the outset of the meeting, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques welcomed Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz who is making his debut in the Cabinet as new Minister of Interior, wishing him every success. The monarch then thanked Allah Almighty as well as all authorities that participated in the service of pilgrims for the success of the recently-concluded Hajj, appealing to Allah Almighty that the Kingdom continue to enjoy the grace of security and stability as well as serving pilgrims and caring for the sacred places which Allah bestowed on this country. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency following the meeting, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, explained that the ministers extended congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince on the success of Hajj, highly valuing the contents of the speech he addressed to Muslims on the occasion of Hajj, which called for the unity of and dialogue among the Muslim nation and demanded of the United Nations Organization to draft a resolution that convicts any country or group blaspheming divine religions and prophets, peace be upon them. Dr. Khoja said the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques then briefed the Cabinet on the talks, messages and contacts he made over the last few days with a number of leaders of brotherly and friendly countries and their envoys on aspects of cooperation in all fields and overall developments at regional and International arenas, led by the developments of the Palestinian issue and the situation in Syria. --More
