AlHijjah 20, 1433, Nov 5, 2012, SPA -- Forecasters are tracking another coastal storm that threatens cleanup and recovery efforts in the U.S. states of New York and New Jersey a week after the devastation caused by superstorm Sandy. The National Weather Service (NWS) said the storm could hit the region on Wednesday into Thursday, bringing strong wind and heavy rain, and potentially causing moderate tidal flooding along the coast and in two large bays. Buildings and trees weakened by Sandy would be vulnerable to additional damage, the NWS said, and the storm also would slow efforts to restore electricity that was lost during Sandy.
