AlHijjah 15, 1433, Oct 31, 2012, SPA - The Unified Agents Office in charge of pilgrims' reception and departure at exit and entry ports and centers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched the second phase of its operational plan for the departure of pilgrims to their home countries after completing this year's Hajj rituals. The Member of the Office's Board of Directors and General Supervisor of Public Relations and Information Dr. Abdul-Ilah bin Mohammed Jadie said that the second phase has taken more realistic methods than previous years as the number of pilgrims amounted to 1,752,932 pilgrims who came from 182 countries, adding that these required preparation and readiness in terms of staff and workers. He revealed that the Office receives and serves daily more than a thousand buses from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, carrying more than 52,000 pilgrims.
