AlHijjah 14, 1433, Oct 30, 2012, SPA - The International Federation of Red Crescent and Red Cross has praised Saudi Red Crescent Authority for its services for pilgrims during Hajj season for the year 1433 AH. The Federation's Regional Representative Mohammed Babkir, who performed Hajj this year, said that the Authority has been playing a major role in providing medical support and emergency services to pilgrims in Makkah, Holy Sites and Madinah, describing the Authority's expertise as unique in view of its mobilization of more than 1000 medics and hundreds of ambulances to provide medical and health services to more than 3 million pilgrims.
