Bahrain Bans All Marches and Gatherings To Preserve Civil Peace

AlHijjah 14, 1433, Oct 30, 2012, SPA - Bahrain decided today to ban all marches and gatherings and not to allow the organization of any event to preserve civil peace.
Bahrain's Minister of Interior, Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, said in a statement reported by Bahrain News Agency (BNA) last night that any marches or gatherings will be dealt with as illegal and that legal actions will be taken against those who call for and participate in them.
