Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior, received in Jeddah Monday evening Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and his accompanying delegation. During the meeting, the Bahraini Interior Minister condoled the Kingdom on the demise of the late Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz (May Allah bestow mercy upon his soul). On the other hand, Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashed, also congratulated Prince Ahmed on his appointment as the Minister of Interior, and for continuing the enhancement of security and stability in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting joint actions of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and achieving the aspirations of the GCC States. He also commended close and historical relations linking the leaderships of the two countries and their brotherly peoples, confirming that these relations have been witnessing constant development and progress in the era of the wise leaderships of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, noting their care and attention to the interests of citizens and their keenness on the security, stability and prosperity of the peoples in the two countries. --MORE
