AlHijjah 13, 1433, Oct 29, 2012, SPA -- Fourteen people were rescued from HMS Bounty, a historic ship that has featured in several Hollywood blockbusters, off the coast of North Carolina on Monday after it got caught in Hurricane Sandy. A search was under way for two people who were swept off its deck, the US Coast Guard said. According to dpa, the Coast Guard used a helicopter to rescue the crew members and passengers of the ship, Vice Admiral Robert Parker said. The two missing people were wearing survival suits to keep them afloat and provide thermal protection, he added. Two rescue boats have been dispatched to the scene, Parker said, adding that finding them in waves that were well over 7 metres high would be difficult.
