AlHijjah 11, 1433, Oct 27, 2012, SPA -- 8,267 lost pilgrims, from different nationalities, have been guided to their tents and Hajj groups after they became lost in Mina yesterday. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Mohammed Al-Swat, Supervisor of Scanning and Guiding in the Centers of the Saudi Scouts Society (SSS) in the holy sites, said that the total number of the lost pilgrims since the 7th Dhu-AlHijjah until today reached more than 19,452 pilgrims. Saeed Abu Dahash, Supervisor of the Information Technology, said that the Saudi Scouts Society provided electronic maps for the pilgrims through the SSS's website or the smart phones in addition to providing paper maps to the pilgrims.
